On Saturday we joined Sam and Loren at the beautiful Burley Manor photos for some wedding photography. Being only 17 miles from the studio Burley manor wedding photography is very popular with us. Todays wedding was pretty special because we knew a good amount of people there. Most of the people were at Mike and Kat’s wedding which you can see below.
Burley manor wedding photography with Sam and Loren
We started our day with Loren in one of the Burley Manor rooms looking over the gardens with all the girls. The atmosphere was very calm but an air of nervousness as always. We had a lovely hour photographing lots of little details from the beautiful shoes Loren was wearing to the Krispy Kreme donuts.
We worked our time between the girls and the boys for preparation photos and the time just flew by. Again we knew quite a few of the guests so it was just like another family wedding for us.
The ceremony Burley manor photos
After the preps we took the short walk to the ceremony and into the waiting room. I headed for the front, Sue to the back and I am so pleased I did. As Loren stepped into the barn it was amazing, Sam just cried and it was picture perfect. Burley Manor is a lovely place for wedding photography and the barn is just one of those reasons.
The ceremony was short and sweet and we all rolled out onto the lawns and patio of the main hotel for reception drinks. Sue and I were only here for our short package today and had quite a list to fulfil so we cracked on. Lots of lovely and properly fun family groups. The banter was amazing and we had a lot of help from Ryan who we worked with just recently and you can see that below.
After the family photos we took Sam and Loren off for some portraits for 20 minutes. Unfortunately the deer had gone elsewhere to play but we had a lot of fun.
Burley Manor wedding breakfast
We finished on the everybody photo before being called into dinner and the speeches were first. This woke really well because we had an hour left of our package. Absolute perfect wedding timings. The speeches were great. Dad’s FOB speech was the best and most moving that I have heard for a long time. It really did bring the room to tears. Well done Dad its great to hear a speech all about your beautiful daughter just as it should be.
After the speeches Sue and I had finished so we headed home for dinner. Such an amazing day with wonderful people. Thank you all so much for being so much fun today. Im sorry if we never got to say goodbye but its hard when we leave at the end of speeches without disturbing the meal.
