How does it work?
• Our shoots are unhurried and relaxed and best done around 34 weeks depending on how your bump develops. Partners and your children are welcome to join you
• We have a make up artist available and are happy to get a cost if required
• We have a selection of backgrounds White, Black, Brown and Grey to use as well as a few beautiful dresses to show off your bump or natural if you choose an outside photo shoot
• We have a private changing area and full facilities
• We offer refreshments as part of the price
• You then get all photos from the shoot, not just a selection

Where in Hampshire and Southampton are we?
Our maternity photography takes place in Southampton. Our maternity studio is based in Basset, and is easily accessible from the motorway, and all major transport links.
Our Southampton studio comes with air conditioning and free parking.
When you arrive, you will be met by one of our husband and wife team, Julian or Sue. We will immediately make you feel at home and at ease, but more importantly we will make you feel comfortable too due to our experience, set-up, and layout.
We pride ourselves on the connection that we make with you. We like to say that “we don’t just click, we also connect” and that will come through in the photos that you get after your session with us.
What happens on the day?
Once we have welcomed you in, we can make you feel right at home with some refreshments as you take a look through backgrounds to suit your shoot but we are happy to advise.
We then help to relax and get comfortable before we then start taking a few shots to help you get used to the camera and lights.
During this time, we get to know you a little better, figuring out your character before we get into the full photoshoot.
The only thing you need to bring along is a selection of clothing, any favourite props and anything else you would like includes in the maternity photoshoot.

How much does a maternity photoshoot cost?
We are the most reasonably priced maternity photographer in Southampton and Hampshire.
We are first and foremost family photographers. Everything we do involves people so our prices are sensible and very reasonable.
We ask that you pay a studio session fee up front as a deposit which is £50.00, which you will then have taken off your total order value.
And we’re currently offering a full set of photos for only £200 in the studio or on location in Chilworth nature reserve. This can include 3 or 4 outfit changes with the studio option plus the use of our props and wraps and around an hour taking beautiful photos. Location it tough to change so we offer both indoor with a change and out for £250
The session fee includes our time photographing and editing the photographs. A personal viewing in our viewing room with refreshments at your convenience. Of course, a lot of our clients choose the disk package to skip the viewing option.
After your session you can choose to buy from our range of beautiful framed or canvas photos starting at £150.00 which can include multiple photographs so can be incredible value.
We have many other products available to view in our studio.
