An unusual combination but that was todays shoot

I was contacted recently by Mairead who was after some family photos for herself, hubby and 2 grown up kids. This is a fairly normal thing for us so we booked in and rammed a day.

When they arrived we had a quick catch up and Mairead mentioned that Ciara was attending drama school and would love a few headshots too. Well again we do lots of these so we’re very happy to combine the shoot. This is not always practical but todays family were all pretty easy to pose and to shoot so we had plenty of time to do this.

We started off with the whole family in a few standing then sitting poses and then the 2 children, well young adults before a few individual photos. Then we spent 15 minutes creating a nice updated portfolio for Ciara which was fun and turned out amazingly well. Actor and model headshots need to show a range of expressions and we captured that perfectly with Ciara.

COVID RESTRICTIONS and what they mean here at JPP…..

Sue and I are so pleased to be working again. But we are taking nothing for granted. Our work practice will be a little different but we are still the same fun loving photographers.

We have new PPE stations with hand sanitiser and anti bac hand wash in the bathroom too. We also have gloves and masks for us to wear and for children we will wear our super snazzy super heroes masks so you can rest assured we have your best interests at heart.

What does a family shoot cost and what do we get?

Our family photo shoots either here at our beautiful studio or out on location at our local nature reserve cost just £200.00. For this you get every single photo we take which is often around 70/100 and these are sent to you digitally ready to print and share with family and friends without any of our branding so completely clean and beautifully edited. These make perfect Christmas gifts.

Our “no nonsense pricing”. We charge 1 price and you get everything. No arguing about stupid priced prints. no ugly up-selling or pressure, No threats of destroying photos or photos that you will never see. With us you get them all in super high resolution to do with as you please.

We also offer a full photo printing service from £1 per print.
