A couple months ago I had a message from Julia to say that she was after some formal photos of her and her husband, I did not delve into it too much but got a vibe that there was a specific reason and it soon came to light that I was right.
Chris and Julia got married earlier this year and decided to let a friend photograph the wedding. Although the shots were as they expected they never got any nice photos of the 2 of them so wanted something special to remember the day just like we all do. It was early in the year and they needed a pro tog to get beautiful photos in that light. But their choice and they are happy with it. This post is NOT to condemn the “uncle bob” photographer types its just part of Chris and Julia’s story, they chose not to have a pro tog and are happy with that choice.
We took a lovely selection of photos in our studio, again their choice and they were delighted with them. It was a fun and very lively shoot with lots of giggles.
Chris and Julia now have wedding photos on their wall and a lovely memory off their day every time they see them.

Our family portrait photography studio
We have a modern comfortable studio with lots of space and backdrop options including of course the very contemporary white and black options. We have a bathroom and changing areas fully heated and more importantly air conditioned for when its hotter outside.
Lots of free parking offload and a waiting room if you arrive early.
We have free high speed guest wifi so you can catch up one facebook whilst we photograph the children and you can enjoy a lovely latte from our deluxe coffee machine which of course is all free too.
Free cookies for the children and adults. Our famous Gingerbread cookies are very popular and people say they are worth coming back for.
We also have phone sockets available for recharging.
What does it cost for a photo shoot?
Our family portrait shoots cost £200 and includes all of the photos that we take supplied electronically which allows you to download as often as you like to print and share. We do not hold back, if we take 100 photos then you get 100 photos all beautifully finished ready to print and share.
You can choose to have your photoshoot indoors in our modern studio or at our location here in Southampton. We can also quote to go to your favourite location if you prefer.
