Rusty the gorgeous labradoodle
At the weekend as well as a few family shoots we had a pet photoshoot with Rusty the 3 year old labradoodle and it was amazing.
Rusty was very apprehensive and nervous when he arrived and it took about 10 minutes for him to even walk into the studio but it was worth the wait, once he did he was the perfect pooch and posed for us on demand.
His mummy “Jessie” was given a pet shoot gift voucher and loved the shoot too, as did we Sue and I photograph lots of dogs and a few cats too and it’s very rewarding and quite a change from our usual human photography.
Jessie wanted the white background for Rusty’s photos and I have to agree it was perfect.

We do offer pet with owner photoshoots but this was a pet only shoot, I will pop links to both below. We have a fabulous photography studio in Southampton with free parking and a very relaxed work ethic so we are not rush rush rush EVER.
Where is your Southampton photo studio?
Our studio is located just off of Bassett Avenue near the Stoneham golf course SO16 3QJ and we have free parking too.
How much does a pet photoshoot cost in your Southampton studio?
Our pet photo shoots cost £150 and for that you get everything. If we take 100 photos then you get 100 digital photos ready to print and share with those you love. We are not like other studios and you can check our pricing and packages info below. Never any extras with us.
Does your photo studio open on weekends?
Yes we open Saturdays and Sundays but they get busier sometimes so please be sure to book early if you can, although it’s always worth checking if we have last minute space.
Do we have to pay a deposit?
Yes we take a £50 deposit by credit card or bacs to secure your slot. This despite is completely safe because if you can’t make the shoot and give us notice then we simply move the date so you don’t loose out.
What facilities do you have?
We have bathrooms, changing rooms and parent and baby facilities like changing area and potty for those needing one. We also have soft drinks and wifi too keep everyone happy as well as a selection of toys for the kiddies.
