Mohandeep and Satnam ❤️
Yesterday Sue and were part of a secret plan to photograph the wedding proposal of Mohandeep and Satnam. Mohandeep had called a few times from his home in London and we did the whole planning via email, chat and me sending location videos. Between us we had a plan and Sue and I just had to lay in wait for them to arrive.
Once they arrived at our beauty spot it was like so super quick. We had arranged for them to walk to the apple tree so that he could propose. All I heard from Satnam was “what are you talking about an apple tree for” haha Well at this point Mohandeep dropped his bags and walked her to the tree before getting down on line knee. There was a lot of screeching and then giggling as she shouted yes and joined him kneeling. It was so amazing to watch and so magical in the beautiful and vert rare July sunshine.
New then went to say hello and left them for 20 minutes to enjoy a picnic and digest what had just happened. Afterwards we went for a walk to take some beautiful photos for their engagement. There groups are beautiful at anytime but today with the sunshine and wild flowers they were amazing and we certainly made the most of them.
Our location portraits
We photograph lots of couples and families at our preferred location beauty spot here near our studio and although we also head elsewhere, today we headed for the local woods and nature reserve to take a few beautiful photos. It was our 3rd time there this week so we knew the trees looked fab and there were plenty of green leaves and grasses too. All of these things make for beautiful portraits. We have a circuit of the woods and park we do which sounds a bit rigid but its not. We change our route depending on who we are with but this route suits families with children and dogs too.
All in all this made for an amazing set off photos today.
How much does it cost?
We offer a couple of options with our family portraits. Our regular portraits cost £50 to book and £150 for a disk of everything. This can be inside or out at our location. We can travel further afield and that may cost a little more. Our new lifestyle due shoot which is both in the studio and at our locations cost £50 to book and £200 for the disk so only £50 extra and you will get over 100 amazing photos.
So you can have a lovely selection of photos either inside or out for only £200 or both for £250.
Sometimes like today we are booked for longer so can quote for that as needed.
The photos are high resolution and can be supplied either by digital download, a DVD disk or a USB stick. You can then print and share your photos as often as you like. We do of course offer a full printing, framing and canvas service too.
