Our Christening photos in Kingsworthy Hampshire
Today we joined our long term clients the Cox’s for the Christening photos of Esme here in Hampshire. Kimgsworthy church was the beautiful Kingsworthy parish church and Sue and I were made very welcome. It was a huge turnout for Esme with a packed church. 2 families were there today for Christenings but it only added to the atmosphere.
The Service
As is normal the service started up at the business end off the church with a nice service. We are blessed with our Hampshire churches they are mostly pretty friendly. Christening photos are of course a little hectic to take unlike church weddings its almost a free for all. But we managed to secure a good spot and got some great Christening photos. Afterwards the service moves to the back of the church towards the font and the christening itself took place. This was a little more crowded because of the 2 families but nothing we could not cope with.
Off for a walk
After the service we headed the 5 minute walk to the Coach and Horses pub Hampshire for a lovely reception and lots and lots of photos. It was lovely for sue and I to catch up with people from our weddings and family photos and of course to celebrate with Esme and her family too. After a few family groups we headed in to the buffet and more photos of the cake.
It was soon time to say goodbye and head back home after a very successful christening for a lovely family.
