Southampton Newborn Emily and her family
We had a call this week from our previous Southampton newborn client Jo. She asked to book a slot for her new baby this week here in our Southampton newborn Studio. Its always lovely when this happens because we get to see our post clients again and catch up with them and the children.

Thats exactly what we did for a couple of hours yesterday. I enjoyed the shoot so much that I edited a handful of photos just so I could write this blog post this morning which I am sure Jo will appreciate. Jo explained that Fraser was very shy in front of the camera so it was doubtful that we would get anything. That was not going to stop us 😁 With a few bribery tricks. Some Lego and a great dose of good parenting we eventually got there and I am extremely proud of what we got today. Abi the eldest, was an absolute dream to work with and honestly you could not wish for a better little model ❤
The shoot process with Southampton newborn photos
We started our shoot as always by settling baby Emily down using the Julian Porter Newborn photography tried and tested method. Once settled we sprung into action. This shoot was a little different because of the siblings but Emily was settled, safe and happy which is 100% our goal. Web managed 4 outfit changes and lots of props including our lovely Christmas newborn shoot which looks adorable.
We took a few individual shots, some with Fraser and some with Abi and then a few with the whole family so absolutely perfect shoot.
