Grandparents photos Southampton with our lovely wedding clients
Today was a proper family affair with grandparents photos southampton for one of our wedding couples. A few years ago in 2009 Sue and I photographed the wedding of Chris and Carly locally in Southampton. Sue and I have remained friends ever since. We have been lucky enough to photograph the children Owen and Willow too.
Last month I was contacted by Isabelle who is Carly’s Mum and we chatted about some grandparents photos southampton. Firstly a shoot with her husband and Chris, Carly and the children but then afterwards a shoot with her 3 sisters. We booked a date and started planning.
The day of the shoot
Yesterday Chris, Carly and the kids arrived along with Mum and dad for a shoot. It was a huge amount of fun. Willow chose a pink TuTu and red wellies and quite honestly it made my day and the shoot. So many laughs and so much fun. Here at Julian Porter portrait photography we love it when families bring there own ideas to a photoshoot and if thats a tutu and wellies then perfect even for a grandparents photos.

After the immediate family we had arranged for the 3 sisters to join us and that was an equally fun shoot. so much fun with these 4 lovely ladies.
Isabelle mentioned to me how important families were and how important photographs are and we chatted about this for some time. I think we should all make the upmost to grab some photographs with our families. Next time you meet up grab the iPhone and snap a few photos coz you never know when its your last chance to do so. Obviously I would rather you come to Julian Porter Portrait photography 😍

What we offer
Sue and I photograph hundreds of portraits every year and I am very proud to say we always get the results we want, we have very much an unhurried approach to our studio work, we often sit down for a coffee with our clients before the shoot and let the kids play on the background with our toys, this make the parents relaxed and the children comfortable and it gives us cracking smiley photos. The difference between us and a high street studio with a strict time limit is immeasurable because unlike them we never rush a shoot. We believe if people are comfortable and happy in our studio then they will come back again and again and its proved to work 🙂
