Marquee wedding photography in Fareham
What could be better than a marquee wedding in Fareham on a beautiful day?. Back in August amidst the sunshine Sue and I joined William and Victoria for their beautiful Hampshire wedding in such an amazing setting.
But first the story.
Our Son Andy was born in 1985 which was just about the time Sue met her friend Gaye (William’s mum). They have remained friends ever since. William and Andy were kinda forced together 😁 but within a very short time were inseparable and have remained so ever since.
So we have known Will for many years. Its been wonderful watching Andy and Will grow into the best friends they are today. Likewise its been absolutely wonderful watching Will and Victoria’s relationship blossom over the last 16 years or so. We all knew they were meant for each other, it was only a matter of time.
The day arrived
Last weekend Will married his long-term sweetheart Victoria and Sue and I were there to capture the day. We started the day with Victoria and the girls at home in Farnham Hampshire. Which was also where the boys were getting ready so it was super handy for us to capture both.
Lots of details and some fun with the boys as well as catching up with lots of old friends, Then we headed into the ceremony room at home for a beautiful and very personal ceremony. Home weddings are always so lovely and this was no exception. The house was perfect for prep and the beautiful ceremony and then a gorgeous marquee out in the summer sunshine.
The Garden party
Afterwards it was out into the sunshine for bubbles and canapés and lots of photos, We had a great time with the relaxed photos and then some real fun family shots before taking Will and Victoria off for a few couple shots.
Then after a couple of lovely hours it was time to head into diner and the marquee looked amazing and the food was wonderful thanks to the caterer’s Vanilla. Afterwards the speeches and they were just brilliant. Very well executed and perfect timing by all 3 speakers. Back out onto the lawns and another beautiful hour just chilling out and enjoying the sunshine. Wow where did that wedding go.
The evening
The next part of this amazing day was cake cutting, the cake was probably the prettiest I have ever seen. Delicate and beautiful. Afterwards it was straight into dancing and again it was pretty special. Smoke machines and beautifully placed decorations as well as 3 crazy bridesmaids with confetti canons 😁
