Another great Tithe Barn Wedding photos day. Sue and I are blessed with what we do! mostly because of the people we get to photograph. the fun we have, the places we visit, the friends we make. Rich, Cathy and now baby Evelyn are just that 😁
The wedding day
We joined Rich and Cathy for their wedding day at the Tithe Barn in Petersfield. It was the most amazing day filled with laughter, tears and fun. We met Cathy a couple of years ago whilst working on one of our Tesco Corporate jobs. Cathy is a dot.com manager and soon after we met to book her wedding with us. Rich is a marine and because of his duties abroad we only got to meet him a few weeks before the wedding. Just as expected if you know Cathy he is a top bloke 🙂
Preparations before the Tithe Barn wedding photos
We started our day with Cathy and her girls at a beautiful little guest house near Petersfield. Sue and I spent an hour or so capturing all the beautiful details around cottage and all the preparations. A few shots in the gardens before we headed off to the Tithe Barn about 2 miles away.
Tithe Barn wedding photos with the boys
Once at the barn we met with Rich and the boys who were mostly in uniform and looked fantastic. For security reasons and quite rightly so, some of the boys will not appear in our blog post but trust me they appear in the photos. After a few shots with the boys Cathy arrived looking amazing. After a few photos we all headed into the barn for the wonderful ceremony. I absolutely love military weddings they give such an amazing atmosphere and fill the room with all the usual things but also a great sense of pride.
The ceremony was beautiful then we all headed out onto the sun drenched lawns to enjoy a Pimms or two or in our case lemonade 🙂. Then off to take some beautiful photos. Starting with a Guard of Honour and then some relaxed photos before the family group shots which are always lovely at the barn because of its beautiful grounds.

We then took Rich and Cathy off for some couple shots in the nearby corn fields which were just amazing. Afterwards back for a few last minute details before being called into dinner.
After the wonderful dinner came the speeches 🙂 as you might expect they were informative. Romantic and colourful haha Rich gave Cathy the biggest bunch of flowers I have ever seen and apologised for missing so much whilst he was away protecting our country 🙂. This was just an awesome moment and Rich I would like to extend what everyone else said. Thank you to you and your colleagues for your amazing service to our country, we are all thank full and very proud of you all.
After dinner Sue and I spent an hour or so with our funtime foto booth. We then photographed the cake cutting and straight into first Dance which was just a perfect way for us to end the perfect wedding.
Thanks to Rich and Cathy for being awesome 🙂 Thanks to everyone else for helping to make our day fab too, We loved it !
