Domus Beaulieu Hampshire wedding photos

We had probably the best day of June day with Stuart and Becky at the Domus Beaulieu for Hampshire wedding photos. Once again we are grateful to the weather gods for the weather being much better than forecast. Sue and I photograph lots of  Hampshire wedding photos at the Domus Beaulieu probably because its so local to us. The venue is stunning set in the grounds of the Beaulieu estate and absolutely stunning.

Our day started

We started our day at home in Warshash with Becky at home at my normal getting up time 🙂 09:30. Lots of beautiful preparation photos with the girls and lots of wedding details too all of which we absolutely love. Becky was using the same makeup artist as our last wedding so there was a lot of banter flying around. Great morning to start our photographs.

The Boys

We met the boys near Beaulieu in the Monty pub where they were chilling before the ceremony. After a few shots of the lads enjoying a beer and a few formal ish photos outside we all walked the half mile to the beautiful Domus Beaulieu. This is a nice walk through the village of Beaulieu and makes for some lovely photos too. The perfect start for Hampshire wedding photos.

The Domus Beaulieu

Becky arrived looking amazing. We took a few shots outside with Dad and the bridesmaids. Then were soon walking into the ceremony for a lovely service with the same registrar as the last wedding. Haha lots of coincidences. The service was lovely and over in what seemed a flash so straight after we headed out into the beautiful sunshine. Bubbles and snacks and a lot of fun was had by all whilst Sue and I clicked away.

It was then time for our family groups which were great. The grounds at the Domus Beaulieu are amazing and because of this we are spoilt for choice. Afterwards we took Becky and Stuart for some couple shots whilst the guests enjoyed the sunshine and the Falconry display in the grounds which was a happystance.

The wedding breakfast

We we’re called into the wedding breakfast and Sue and I took our usual table shots. This is not always possible due to time and more importantly space but today we had plenty. We then headed off for some food whilst the guests enjoyed there wedding feast. After our food we setup our photo booth. We had a lot of fun with the booth and got some great photos of everyone including randomly a few of the Montgomery family from Beaulieu.

The evening

Before we could blink it was ready for the first dance. We were called in to surround the dance floor and I took to the stage for my favourite position. The first dance was amazing and for us the perfect finish to our day. Sue and I headed home exhausted but in a great way.

Our weddings start at £695 for a short day or from £1000 to £1500 for a longer day check out the pricing below. All weddings are photographed by both Sue and Jules. Please follow the following links for more details.
