How we because Amy and Matty’s wedding photographer
We know Amy and Matty well because they are all in the same group of friends as our lovely weddings with Danielle and Ben and Victoria and Eliot. As well as our great friend Ellie all of whom recommend us and we love them all dearly.
So, in short we knew it was going to be an awesome day with awesome people. And we were not disappointed.
Our day with Amy and Matty at the Tithe Barn petersfield
We started our day with Amy at home in Bitterne for an hour of preps with the girls which is a real important time because we get to know Mums and Dads. As well as any of the bridesmaids that we have not yet met. Thankfully we knew everyone here so it was a real easy hour filled with beautiful details, beautiful flowers and of course beautiful girls too. Such an amazing way to start our days wedding photos.
After an hour Sue and I headed off to the Tithe Barn to meet with Matty and the boys for a few shots as well as some more details all of which were just lovely.
A little while after Amy and her Dad arrived in the Rolls Royce so once again we had some wonderful photo opportunities with the girls before we headed into the Tithe barn for the ceremony. The Tithe barn makes for a beautiful backdrop and after many weddings there we know how to capture its best.
After a few emotional moments Amy walked in with her Dad looking absolutely amazing and looking on the smile on Matty’s face he thought so too. The ceremony flew by in what seemed like a heartbeat, I guess thats the thing when its people you know and care about 
. We then moved outside into the sunshine and we had a couple of wonderful hours taking relaxed photos as well and some nice family groups before we took Amy and Matty off for 10 minutes for the couples shots which were a lot of fun.
Again the Tithe barn is a beautiful spot for relaxed wedding photos and we are so happy to be the wedding photographer here.
Fish and Chips and then Cream Tea
We there then invited back into the barn for the wedding breakfast which in itself was quite unique because Amy and Matty had chosen a traditional Fish and Chip shop to supply their food. The food was scrummy and everyone loved it. The desert was freshly baked fruit scones with Jam and Cream nom nom. We then moved into speeches starting with the usual 3 but then Matty’s dad joined in and did one and then an Uncle also did one which made for an entertaining 5 speeches.
Afterwards we then moved back out into the gardens for a relaxing hour again in the beautiful sunshine where Sue and I too advantage of the day and grabbed lots of couple shots which we just love to do as well as lawn games Eventually we all headed back into the Tithe Barn to throw the bouquet which Ellie expertly caught and then Cake cutting and first dance. Then Sue and I said our goodbye’s and headed home after another awesome wedding with “the gang”
Wedding photos and great friends
There are too many friends to thank for this one but you all know who you are and you know that Sue and I are so very grateful and we love you all. We had the most amazing day and captured some truly beautiful moments and people of course.
Amy and Matty thank you for being superb and never saying no despite the heat and me wanting you to trek through the crops told ya it would be worth it 
Thanks everyone else as always for making it a super fun day and making Sue and I feel part of the family.
