This beautiful May wedding was at New Place and Wedding photos for Holly and Matt. On this gorgeous day we joined Holly and Matt for their beautiful wedding day at New Place in Shirrel Heath which is a very popular wedding venue for us.

We started our day with Holly at home for our usual preparation shots. Holly and Matt were recommended to us by Kimberley and Andrew who’s wedding we shot a few years ago. We have since shot another family wedding too. The preparation photos we amazing and if the day continued like this we were going to be very happy photographers indeed. After out hour or so with Holly we said our goodbyes and headed to Warsash for the lovely church. St Johns Church is another regular one for us with Wedding photos.
The Church
Once at the church we took a few shots of Matt with the lads and lots of guests as they arrived. We also grabbed a lovely shot of the car arriving through the traffic. A few more outside before we were escorted into church. The ceremony was just beautiful and we were delighted with the photos. Afterwards lots of hugs and kisses and a few confetti photos before we were following the bridal car to New Place.

After a sensibly distanced ride we arrived at New Place. The guests were waiting for us and we got to work. A few shots by the car before that was gone and then some lovely family groups under the lovely tree’s. We then took Holly and Matt for a few romantic portraits and then back for some of the VIP guests. The weather was looking dodgy so we grabbed these whilst we could. Of course they are all VIP’s but we like to photograph the important couples when we get the time. Soon enough we were whisked into dinner and afterwards speeches.

After the speeches the weather had brightened up a bit so we grabbed a few more portraits. This took us perfectly up to the first dance time. We went back in to cut the cake then into dancing.
This ended a pretty perfect late May wedding for us.
