Christening day photos with Olivia in a Southampton church
Recently we met with the Randall’s for Christening day photos in a local Southampton church. The Christening day photos were for their lovely daughter Olivia. We have photographed Vicky and Luke lots of times including their beautiful The Barn wedding day.
The christening day photos
We started at home with Luke, Vicky and Olivia for some lovely details and getting ready photos and then when we were ready we headed ups the road to the local Southampton Church to meet the vicar and guests. After speaking with the lovely vicars we sorted our spot for the service and set to work. During the Christening service I am the only one taking photos. This keeps things a little more unobtrusive for the guests. We captured some beautiful moments and an extra bonus was that Luke himself got christened too. That was such a lovely thing to do.
The family photos
After the service we pretty much took over the Southampton church but in a nice way. The vicar said we could take photos inside so thats what we did for the lovely family photos. We are so blessed living here and close to this Southampton church and many other beautiful churches too.
The reception
As part of our Christening day photos package normally gives us time for a few getting ready photos, church and reception party. Mainly because we love cake 😁. The reception was lovely and we got some beautiful photos of lots of details and people enjoying themselves before we headed off home.
